• All commissions are digital only. No physical products will be delivered.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, with or without explanation.

• If you cancel, disappear without communication, issue a chargeback, or withdraw your request without payment, I reserve the right to reuse any completed or in-progress work, including sketches, as a YCH, adoptable, or for other purposes.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. These terms are in place to ensure a clear, respectful, and fair process for both the client and the artist.

• If I contact you regarding your commission and do not receive a response within 24 hours, and no prior notice was given, I may consider the commission canceled.

• If you expect to be unavailable or may take longer to respond, please let me know in advance.

• Lack of communication may result in delays, cancellation, or loss of refund eligibility depending on the stage of the commission.

• Payment is accepted through PayPal or Ko-fi, depending on availability for the commission.

• Payment must be made either in full upfront or as 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval for non-Skeb-style commissions.

• Skeb-style commissions require full payment upfront.

• A 4% PayPal conversion fee will be added to the final price when applicable.

• Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete your commission.

• No refunds will be given if you cancel after sketch approval, stop responding, or withdraw from the commission process.

• Completion time may range from 1 week to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the request, my availability, and current workload.

• I am a student and primarily work on commissions during weekends, so please allow some flexibility.

• I will provide updates at key stages, such as sketch, coloring, and final delivery.

• If there has been no update for more than 1 to 2 weeks, you may politely ask for a status check.

• You may request up to 2 small revisions during the sketch stage.

• After the sketch is approved, major changes are no longer accepted unless the issue was caused by my mistake.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require an extra fee.

• For Skeb-style commissions, only minor corrections are accepted after final delivery.

• Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

• Personal use includes icons, headers, personal prints, references, and similar non-commercial purposes.

• Commercial use, including promotional material, covers, streaming assets, VTuber references, and merchandise, requires either a commercial license or a custom fee depending on the intended use.

• If you are unsure whether your intended use is commercial, please ask before ordering.

• You may not claim the artwork as your own.

• You may not alter, resell, or redistribute the artwork without permission.

• You may not use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or AI-generated content.

• You may not use the artwork commercially without paying for the appropriate rights.
